Shipping Origin

We operate from multiple warehouses to ensure efficient global delivery:

• Canada Warehouse — Local stock for Canadian customers
• Global Warehouse — Ships internationally to Canada, Australia, and other regions

Tip: For the fastest delivery (5–8 business days within Canada), please select items marked “Canada Warehouse”.

Order Processing

• Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Canada local time) will be shipped the same day or the next business day
• Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
• After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

Shipping Time

• Canada Warehouse Orders: 5–8 business days within Canada
• Global Warehouse Orders: Approximately 15 business days
  • Remote or rural areas may require additional transit time

Shipping Restrictions

Due to local regulations, some countries or regions may restrict the import of vape-related products. If your country is not available at checkout, we currently do not support delivery to that region.
